Jo Monk Personal Trainer and Fitness InstructorA little bit about me… Well I’ve been an aerobics instructor for nearly 14 years and before that I used to attend fitness classes, I’ve always enjoyed exercise, I love the buzz I get from doing a good workout.

I’m married to Phil and we have a two year old daughter. I’ve lived in Banbury for approx 10 years.

When I’m not teaching I enjoy working out (yes I am crazy!!), running round after my daughter and spending time as a family. I’m not good at sitting still so trying to sit and do nothing is always difficult!

After taking my personal training qualification four years ago I set up BodySculpt Fitness to provide personal training and fitness classes in and around the Banbury and north Oxfordshire area.

RSA – Exercise to Music (Aerobics instructor)

Future Fit Training – Gym Instructor

Future Fit Training – Personal Trainer (Advanced instruction)

Hydro Actif – Speedo Aqua Fitness Training

OCR – Pilates Mat Work Level 2

Fox Fitness – Salsa Fit

Fox Fitness – Power Chi Yoga

I.C.E. – Tomahawk Indoor Cycling (Spinning)

Future Fit Training – Certificate in First Line Management

I’ve taught in a number of local gyms and I am available to cover teach a number of different fitness classes including Spinning, Step Aerobics, Salsa Aerobics & Aqua Aerobics.

I hold Fitpro public liability insurance, and I am qualified in first aid.

I am a member of REPS (The Register of Exercise Professionals) This organisation was set up to protect those using the services of exercise and fitness instructors. My REPs member number is R0025870.
