Circuit Training

Circuit Training is a fun and effective way to exercise. It can be enjoyed by everyone, men, women, younger and older age groups. Circuit Training combines cardio vascular exercises together with muscular strength and endurance exercises. You spend either 30 seconds or up to a minute on each station then move onto the next. Circuit training is suitable for beginners to people who exercise regularly.
