BodySculpt Fitness is run by Jo Monk, based in Banbury, I provide Personal Training and Pilates Classes in the Banbury and Oxfordshire area.

Personal Training is offered on a one-2-one basis or as part of a small group (if you like to work out with a friend or partner).

As well as attending classes you can also book a one-2-one Pilates session. Pilates is a great way to strengthen your inner core which helps with posture and body alignment, it has been proven to help improve flexibility and muscle tone, sessions last for one hour.
