This Crossfit workout users thrusters as it’s main component.

This Crossfit workout is ‘done for time’ which means you time how long it takes you and then record it. The next time you perform this workout you can use it to gauge your progress.
The only equipment this workout requires is a barbell. If you haven’t done thrusters before then use a lighter weight and focus on correct technique. This is very important so that you don’t cause injury.
This workout uses a lot of full body moves and will have your heart pumping and your body torching fat.
For each exercise do ten repetitions and then move on to the next one. 1 round is each exercise performed ten times. The aim of this workout is to do ten rounds.

10 bent over row
10 push ups
10 sit ups
