10 Ways To Get Rid Of Cellulite

10 ways to get rid of cellulite

Getting rid of cellulitee can be tough and it’s something a lot of my personal training clients ask me about constantly.

I’ve put together my top tips for getting rid of cellulite. All of them are simple to follow. Let me know how you get on?

1.    Stop Eating Processed Food

Cellulite is surface fat. If you want to reduce it, avoid weight gain by eliminating processed food, which are loaded with empty calories and unhealthy trans fat. New research is showing that by eating trans fat causes people to produce larger fat cells.

2.    Stop Eating or reduce Simple Sugars

Sugars not only are empty calories then cause insulin release which makes your body      store fat and prevents it from breaking down the fat you body already has

3.    Slow down on your diary intake

Whole milk diary products are high in calories. They are also rich in unhealthy saturated fats that break down slowly and stay in the body for a long time.

4.    Stop Skipping Meals

Don’t deprive your body!!!! If you skip your metabolism slows down.

A slower metabolism guarantees unwanted cellulite and excess body fat

5.    Drink more water

Water brings nutrients to the cells; helps get rid of waste products and impurities. If you don’t drink enough water, your kidneys can’t eliminate waste properly and pass the job onto the liver. As the liver is then working harder it cant do one of its main jobs properly, which is BREAKING DOWN FATS. Drink more water and let your liver work on breaking down fats.

6.    Eat Protein

Protein boosts metabolism up to 30% and promotes the formation of lean muscle mass. You should be eating protein with every meal.

7.    Limit Alcohol

Alcohol is high in empty calories, slows down your metabolism and stresses your liver – everything you don’t want when getting rid of cellulite. You don’t have to give it up but be aware of the effect it will have on you body

8.    Cardiovascular Exercise

Cardio work revs up the metabolism and helps get rid of fat and burns up calories. High intensity interval training is particularly good for giving your metabolism a good jolt.

9.    The Ultimate Cellulite Blaster – Weight Training

Weight training keeps those unwanted cellulite and fat pounds off, makes you look firmer, leaner and helps smoothes out problem areas. Don’t shy away from hitting the weights. If you want to burn more fat you need to add weight training to every workout.

10.    Eat a balance of Essential Fatty Acids

Eating the correct balance actually helps you lose weight. Ensure you supplement your diet with omega 3 fatty acids, your body will need less insulin. Less insulin means your body will store less fat
